I’ve gone in twice so far and there’s always ever been one lady working. She straight up tells you immediately that there will be a wait, and she says it in an extremely rude tone, without you having to say anything. I went in today just to get my eyebrows done and her exact response to me was “oh no you’re gunna wait. how long will it be? yeah i don’t know i’ve already got another person to do” i simply just rolled my eyes and walked out. i will never do business with them, EVER!

Called about getting my eyebrows done and asked the cost. Get to to the nail shop and the lady says that she "doesn't have time" and "come back later." What?! You couldn't say that over the phone? Very poor service.
