Had to come all the way down here just to ask a simple question all because they can't answer the phones ontop of that having to need 2 people to do a one man job sucks and it's slow.

Very rude staff ESPECIALLY some stupid blonde lady named Maribel. Not helpful at all. She literally told me that it wasn't her job to give me any info or help on how to do anything. Never going back there again. Everyone is better off at the MVD in Las Cruses.

Very rude staff. They are very sarcastic & expect everyone to know what to take in. They NEVER answer the phone.

Very unprofessional.!! The staff needs to be retrained and taught how to do their jobs.if i could give them a lower rating, i would.. Avoid this place if you have anger problems.

I would give 0 stars of possible. Never have I walked into an MVD, wait about 2 hours to just walk out empty handed. Ridiculously slow!
