Overall, the City of Atchison does a good job, considering it's limited resources. The City of Atchison can improve by making information more readily available to the public. This can be achieved by making city meetings available online, via live stream, and/or viewable for playback.

this is bull crap sutting my water off a month after i just pay your stuiped red noiced and got my water back on and u ture it off again with no red noiced this is stuiped and to charge $75 to take a lock off and to tire a nob is stuiped

you get absolutely 0 starts from the whole city!!!!  $75.00 reconnect fee for your water to be turned back on THIS is rediculous.  I can understand 25.00 to go turn a little knob but $75.00 that is way to harsh!!!!!!!  I wish I could vote everybody out of the city hall because I am tired of the Atchison citizens paying your bonuses and parties and everything else!!!!!!!!  This is taking advantage of the citizens of this town.  I wish I made $75.00 to turn a freaking knob!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
