Few people like going to city hall in general. It usually means long lines and burned out employees. Today was my first time here, and it was actually very pleasant, from the volunteer who directed me to Passport Services to Libby at the passport desk, everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs with a smile. I was in and out in about 7 minutes. No surprise questions or paperwork. Fast, efficient, and friendly!

I have to rate but Honestly I rate this place a zero as customer service is horrendous (speaking about the bit#### at 530 E. Monroe) and because they are the only water company in Buckeye they believe they can be as rude as they want because they monopolize off the fact that we have to have water and basically have to bow to them. I have filed complaints with Ch. 15 news, the Governor of Arizona and the BBB because they have scammed and ripped me off for the last time. The receptionists for the utilities are so unprofessional and argumentative and make up lies and excuses. My bill has doubled, the staff are rude, they took money from my bank using the names city of buckeye utilities and then the next day took money again under the name Town of Buckeye, they gave me credit to my bill but then refunded the money to my bank when they told me in August that they could not do that, which led me to believe that I had credit as the bill SHOWED but the staff failed to inform me of the refund. They never called me and today on Halloween I come home from a mandatory meeting to find my water shut off. I went down was totally blown off by the receptionist who was very rude and argumentative and had to pay $313.00 to get my water back on today. I hope they shut this place down.

Ripoff ripoff they over charge for the water sewer and its all fees that make no sense save yourself some headaches and dont come live to buckeye city they rip you off with this crazy bills i regret it so much!

I went to the City Hall to pay the $230 deposit on Wednesday was told my water would be turned on Thursday between 7 AM and 5 PM and when I asked if someone had to be here I was told no and came Thursday to move some stuff into the house no water today is Friday the BIG MOVE and still no water and the office is closed so I'm going to be in my new home for four days now with no running water. I hope this doesn't give me some future look of how things are going to be from this point on welcome to Buckeye NOT!!!
