Well situated but expensive car park for Cambridge. Very good for the Vue cinema, particularly if an evening when the prices drop to a more affordable 80 p an hour. I recently used the car park at the Grafton and was somewhat disappointed with the experience. The car park was relatively small and it was quite difficult to find a spot. Additionally, the parking attendants were not very helpful when it came to directing me to a spot. The parking fees were also on the high side, in my opinion. While I was able to find a spot and park my car, I would not say it was a particularly easy experience especially with little ones. I would probably look for alternative parking options in the future.

EXPENSIVE. God damn expensive to park here. Not worth it. I hadn't been in so long I convinced myself it would be Queen Anne/Grand Arcade prices...it isn't. Grafton Centre is ok its way out! Nice cinema there though, very conveniently placed next to the car park for late night films.

I parked for 3 hours and made a simple mistake - lost a ticket. As a result I was forced to pay £30. It’s ridiculous because many car parks just use number plate recognition. I feel totally ripped off.

Great car park made better the fact I didn't get charged to park as I'm disabled

Car park itself fine. Plenty of space and reasonably priced. Car parking attendant though who answered the buzzer when we were stuck at the gate trying to get out was absolutely awful. Considering the button says "press for assiatance" you're better off not bothering as the assistance given is just a rude man,who doesn't listen to what you're trying to  explain and then just tells you to get your ticket even though we had paid and had it  and then either stops talking or disconnects. We were not the only Car having an issue as the gentleman in the car next to us had the same issue and had tried to call for help. Absolute awful end to a lovely afternoon and it has easily put us off ever using this car park again. God help the people that have an issue worse then ours or are  to able to resolve it themselves if this certain member of staff is working !!

Absolutely FECKING EXTORTIONATE prices. Popped into town for a hair cut and spent nearly as much again on the flipping car park. £25 for about 4 hours!!!!! Assumed something had gone horribly wrong at first then slowly realised that was the actual cost. Daylight robbery.

Car park great grafton centre nothing left mostly empty since debenhams closed

God spot for cars to park but dear to stop long so. Best to stick with park and or buses instead rgen more money to spend on shop.

This car park has plenty of parking spaces and one floor almost totally dedicated to disabled drivers using the blue badge. When I visited blue badge holders had 3 hours free parking. The downside to the carpark is it is rather expensive if you go beyond the 3 hours or if you are a able bodied driver. The carpark itself is well kept and the exit into the shopping area is served by lifts,stairs and escalators to get you down to the ground floor. There is also a mobility office on the disabled parking level that offers mobility scooters for hire . Also as you exit the carpark into the retail area you pass the public toilets that are clean and well kept offering dedicated disabled toilets as well as mother and baby. You pay for your stay at the ticket machine before you leave and you can pay with cash or card. Once paid you leave and pop your ticket in the machine at the barrier. Easy enough to follow and there is always someone to help if you should need it at the press of a button.
