couple a days a ago, I had called the police department for a stranger guy. This guy came to my apartment at 11.30 pm ans ask me for basement key. I told him " I don't live here so I don't know what is it". But I know everyone in this apartment do have key for the basement door. So he started went to the basement door and beat on it and trying to pry the door. About 30 minutes he still beating on the basement door so I had called the cops. I did not call 911 but I call nonemergency number. Took this ass police 30-45 minutes to show up to the apartment. But the guy already gone. The policeman came to my door and ask me what did he look like. Police of City of Lacrosse, how do you feel? You think that you will keep us safe. I do not think that we where safe in this town. What I see most of the time was that the police trying to be busy but sitting his ass somewhere and eating whopper. Better do good job next time to keep us safe.

Really easy going department to interact with. Requested a tour to see how law enforcement works and got one. Officer Pataska is an awesome tour guide and is really knowledgeable of anything you throw at her.
