It's a great building, but the real reason for this review is to pay a compliment to the City staff and elected officials.  Lewisville is a very well run city, which I've seen over & over since moving here in 2006. Practically every department I have encountered has been professional, courteous & helpful.  Also the municipal tax rate & utility bills are among the lowest in DFW.
