There are a lot of terrible (low-quality) reviews. In the year that I have lived here, I've been pulled over twice and had multiple call-outs at work for security issues. On one of my call-outs, I did a sweep throughout the building and found a door open in the warehouse. I wasn't sure who may have been on the other side (since I did not see any police around) and had kicked the door so that I wouldn't be surprised by someone on the other side. However, there was a cop right there with a gun pointing at me. I complied, spoke when told to speak, and proved that I was the facilities manager at the work site. All was good. The officer offered to sweep the building once more with me to make sure no one else was inside (which I accepted). After that, we left. No shots fired, no injuries, no unjust actions. Not once out of the many times I have encountered the police have I witnessed an officer who was not justified by his/her actions. Great job guys.

Horrid experience with them. Installing a surveillance camera to record everything next time they show up. Ironic that I feel safer with strangers at my door than the freaking police

This review will probably end up being long and seemingly endless, but I believe that because of the constant chaos we see via the media (especially with the existence of tension between of police and minorities in many areas of the country), it is necessary. My family and I live a very nice neighborhood in the city of Noblesville that we felt very blessed to be moving into firstly because it is the nicest neighborhood we have ever lived in, and secondly, because we came from previous neighborhoods that were not so great to simplify it. We had intentions to simply live and let live with those around us in a cordial and peaceable manner. Unfortunately for us, we ran into a situation where we experienced racial discrimination for unintentionally blocking our neighbor's home because parking spots were occupied in our neighborhood from so many guests of other neighbors staying all night. Ever since, we have not felt as comfortable in our home as we had prior to this incident. We also have been concerned with our safety. When I called and spoke with, Officer Corey Mcgriff, he and the male dispatcher that I spoke with moments before him were not only very attentive to my concerns, but were also very empathetic. Officer Mcgriff stated that he wouldn't like it if someone behaved that way towards him and that our police do not accept that in our city. He also gave me information to contact him directly should we experience anymore trouble. With everything we continuously see in the media regarding police and race relations, I expected a response that would be dismissive to my concern for me and my family's safety. Even without the factor of seeing what we see in the media, I was just all together very happy to see that the city I live in has officers who are dedicated to serving and protecting the lives of all of its citizens. This is the epitome of what exceptional and integrally noble police work is and I feel very welcomed and assured that I can count on my city's police department. This goes to show us that although there are bad people in uniform and badges just like there are bad citizens, it certainly is not all. Therefore it is not at all fair to stigmatize or label either. Thanks again, Officer Mcgriff! I really hope he and all of our city's police like him get the recognition and honor they deserve for protecting and serving their city's citizens!

Unprofessional scum, corrupt AF. Tried to tell me I didn't have the right to defend myself (utter lie) and basically threatened to shoot me in my own home. Worse than swine
