Happy to have escaped.  Worst traffic and streets anywhere.  Nobody in government there is aware of strategic thinking.

Gave me a final bill because some guy thought his address was my address and opened an account with my address. They didn’t even call to ask if I still live here, they just took his word for it and I wouldn’t have found out if it weren’t for my next bill saying “Final Bill”.

The city is always out to steal for residents as much as they can now there doing random special assessments to take more of your hard earned money, if your smart don't involve the city in anything you do to your property.

Went in to pay bills. Talked to the planner. He was very helpful. The people are always nice.

Poor notice of roads being closed. Taking way too long on Oregon st. Should of been done all at once last summer. Nope, but it's Oshkosh they are the most chaotic city on road construction out of the surrounding cities. Truly believe they have no idea or sense of what they are doing.

Why have a phone line at all THAT TELLS YOU TO CALL THEM if no one ever actually does their job and answers it?  Go in person if you can, their customer service is lacking to say the least.

Nice city but dear lord knock it off with the roundabouts... I drive a semi but heck, Its a pain enough in a car with all these scattered on off and on ramps.

Went to pay water bill, fairly painless for being the government.

Terrible service. Will find any reason to deny you service on any technicality
