They don’t even deserve a star Don’t care abt anybody but themselves here my mom got her robe broken and they didn’t tell her anything nor cared.
Some of the best people I've met are bus drivers here. As well as some of the worst. My child is being bullied by his own bus driver all because he stands on the opposite corner of he bus stop where another child that has the same stop as him. The driver said he has to stand next to the other student on the corner that student stands on. If he doesn't like it he can stand 3 blocks further down the street. When i attempted to ask this driver why he can't stand on the other corner. He is still at the bus stop. He's not wasting any time. She got so hateful and rude with me I was beyond shocked. I tried to explain myself to this driver and she said I don't have time to waste here talking to you. Why would someone that is supposed to work with people and children act that way be so hateful to a person for a simple question almost ran over my foot pulling away as I was still trying to talk to this person. This is the absolute worst experience I have EVER had with any of the drivers at this bus dept. I pity my son especially now that I see myslef. This person's attitude attitude what he means about how and hateful his driver is to him.ots uncalled for.
We live to close to the school for bus unless we pay, no biggie. I paid $750 for 3 kids because of my work schedule, no biggie. We were told 715 for bus pick up.. 807 I see a bus, I run to my door, try yanking it open, took 30 seconds and the bus pulled off. I call the bus garage, after she checked the GPS to make sure I was being honest she sees it was 32 seconds. She tells me I need to be ready 15 minutes before up to 15 minutes after. But the bud will not wait. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of paying? So they can be on a schedule and I can get to work? Total lack of empathy, not very pleasant.. for $750 I think next year we will figure out alternative measures of transportation
I am a girl that rides bus 1930. My bus driver is always on time but is forcing everyone three to a seat when there are 7 seats left. He is also very reckless and goes way to fast down roads with potholes. And I am not the only one complaining about this. He also yells at us for trying to talk to the people around us. I hope this will change.
Don't bother trying to talk to them.
