Need to update the method for paying utility bill online. Current method is atrocious! It's 2017!!! UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!!! The city of Picayune is a beautiful city especially on Goodyear Boulevard. It seems like most of the taxpayer dollars are spent on Goodyear Boulevard. My family really enjoys living in Picayune and for the most part they are happy living here. Picayune is a modern-day Mayberry. Picayune has plenty of pros and cons I won't get into them at this point. My review of the city of Picayune will be continually edited and updated.
