We were in San Mateo less than a mile from the police station where a man was verbally abusing his wife and continually threatening to hit her or kill her. He pushed her several times until a few of us stepped in. He was clearly high, and unhinged. Three of us were trying to reach the police and kept being put on hold. We finally got through. After waiting for 20 minutes and watching two cop cars drive past us we called back and were told someone would come "When they have someone available." We didn't want to l leave because the attendant at this particular business was working by himself and we didn't want to leave him in an unsafe environment alone. We waited another 35 minutes and watched two more cop cars drive by. The man finally left. No cops ever came and no one ever called to check in. Thank God nothing was on fire or no one got shot or stabbed. They would have bled to death while we waited on hold.

It's absolutely amazing when your girlfriend gets beaten up by her dad and you can't call the police because they blocked you. Absolutely amazing. They blocked me because I called from Belgium. Great.

I was a victim of a robbery at gun point.  I was very scared and in shock for several hours after the incident. Officer  Edward Han #161 DECIDED I may have a motive for the robbery; so instead of helping me, he started harrasing me.

After seeing 2 lawyers and 2 pshicologist; and they all got a chance to review the police report done by Officer Edward Han #161, the 4 of them came to see that officer Han is racists  and has serious personal issues against immigrants; as the report is focused solely in the fact that I'm an immigrant in the USA and it doesn't emphasizes or says much about the incident itself .

Very rude, blase phone reps. Obvious corrupt lazy agency as they let the whole town park in the red and on sidewalks
