Horrible customer service!!!

I've called and called, and I can tell that they are sending the call to voicemail because I'm getting different voicemails call times!!!

Then finally someone picked up and I can tell they had an attitude by the way they answered the phone. I believe they just wanted to here the voice of the person (Me) who was behind all the calling so after the guy asked me what I need he then transferred me to another line where the call then went to voicemail & the mail box was full! so I believe that was just to flatter him self so I continued to call.

Now I guess they got sick of me calling back to back.. to back.. to back.. so they took the phones off the hook!!! Wow!!!

Someone need to report these guys because this is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for a government agency to be doing smh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I had ten thumbs on each hand they'll get all thumbs down!

Call time fram was between 3:30pm-5:00pm

That place would be better without the Cuban ghetto people with horrible customer service there. Horrible experience.

Corrupt officials team up with apathetic police officers. Google the keywords corruption and Sweetwater to find a plethora of recent articles which detail the crimes committed.

If you want to be treated like garbage and go to a place with noooo parking this is the place for You!!!!!  Super rude employees that don't want to work or help!!!!!
