If you wait beyond 30 days to pay a ticket (which can happen if you request an extension), you can no longer pay online. I understand that a citation is supposed to be a punishment, and that no conveniences should be expected, but to offer a convenience and then take it away for an arbitrary reason is worse than not offering it at all, in my opinion, because at least then I could have planned properly instead of rushing down to the courthouse at the last minute.

Since the courthouse decides how long the ticket is available for online payment, they get the negative review.

I needed to know some information I called and it was really smooth customer service and really fast. The customer service representative was really helpful.

Very rude. They tend to forget that we, the citizens, actually pay their wages. But if you say something about this, it's always then don't break the law. Sometimes people get charged & convicted for the stupidest things.
