City of the World Art Gallery, a non-profit community art gallery,
arts education center and event house located in Downtown Las Vegas
Arts District

Story

Our gallery's mission is to educate, produce, market and celebrate the arts, as well as serve the community, by providing an enriching environment. The work of over 30 Local artists and artisans are on display in the gallery. We also have classes, seminars, events and the ArtztoGo bus, which brings teaching artists and artwork to local city parks, schools and festivals. We also provide ArtztoGo Tours.

Awesome little gallery offering the best of local artists work in Las Vegas! Unique artistic creations from jewelry, stained glass, collage, to fine art paintings! Something for everyone! Offers classes for adults and children! You can even hold your events there for a small fee. Great place for getting your artworks out to the public on First Friday's!

I like this residential home- turned art gallery/event house/art school. It's a non-profit organization located in the heart of the Arts District. When it's warmer out, it tends to get a tad warmer inside too; just a warning for the hot-blooded- sometimes, there are fans running. It's several rooms of wall space as well as walkways with reasonably priced art (varying price ranges many under $100) for sale by local artists. I always see something that catches my eye. I saw a whimsical print of a woman and the same artist painted a dog; the woman print was sold BTW, so I know another person liked the piece too. Another warning, it tends to get crowded since it is a little home but if you can stand it, you might see something that you like. The collection is eclectic ranging, from landscapes to animals to the human form to thoughtful collages. Sometimes the resident artists are available. It's a must-stop for us on our First Friday trek.

A wonderful place to view local art by emerging and professional artist of all ages. Featuring the ONLY dedicated Student Artist gallery year-round. Worth a visit for locals or tourists. Open 5 days a week 1-5pm Wednesday-Sunday. Extended hours til 7pm on Thursday-Saturday.
