NOW OPEN! We welcome you to City Perch, a seasonal American dining destination. Our team has crafted a multi-layered social dining experience – focused on food you can share with your friends and family that is fresh, sustainable and locally sourced.

Our seasonal American menu was crafted by James Beard-renowned Chef Sherry Yard. We offer unique, playful dishes that enhance the flavors of ingredients. Indulge in our menu. City Perch is proud to serve contemporary comfort food sourced from nearby farms and waters.

Our handcrafted farm-to-glass cocktail menu is created by award-winning Master Bartender and Advanced Sommelier Adam Seger. His house-made syrups and infusions take cocktails to a new level.

This place is outstanding! The DJ was on point, the atmosphere was awesome, etc! The best part was the customer service, it was 110%!! Simply wonderful! Food was great & the bartender Reese was awesome! She made specialty drinks for us & all she asked was: What do you like? And she took it from there & came up with some amazing stuff!

My boyfriend got the slow poached egg with short ribs which was good however the meat was under seasoned and the cast iron was warm cold. He enjoyed it but happened to notice the cooks not changing their gloves and touching everything, including one texting on there personal phone which is kind of gross. I got the French toast that was super dry. It was like eating a sponge I would assume. They didn't soak the bread long enough. The bacon and eggs were good. The drinks are good which would be the reason I'd go back but they are extremely over priced for the quality of the food. Also I had a stomachache 1/2 hour after eating the food. I'm not 100% I'll ever go back.

This place is great. Great food. Attentive servers. An awesome place for brunch. A bit on the pricier side but worth it.

I went here with my family for Sunday brunch.I noticed right away it wasn't child friendly.But the service was okay and the staff was very friendly.We waited about 20 minutes to get our food.When our food came it looked very appetizing but, that wasn't the case.My daughter,My mother,and I had the French Toast. The syrup was too sweet, not enough maple flavor which I expected.The French Toast was burnt and I was very disappointed with that fact. My two Son's had the chicken and waffles. The chicken looked amazing but the waffles seemed burnt,and it did turn out that the waffles were burnt.My husband had the Omelet which he said was very good.When we told our server that our children's food was burnt he had no comment/reaction. Not even an "I'm sorry to hear it turned out that way" or "Gee, sorry to hear that". In conclusion if your going here as a young couple to this place on a date I highly recommend it. But if your a family your better off at Applebees of T.G.I.Friday's.

At first the waitservice was a bit spotty. Seems 1 table was taking up an inordinate amount of the watress's attention. After they were calmed the whole flow of service and the mood at our table improved greatly. As for the food, it was everything that I wanted and expected. We're going back during the week, Saturday night is never a good time to test out a new place.
