I am very pleased with the whole team. They are very professional, and they finished my roof on time while maintaining the area they worked in always left clean.
I did research other companies before selecting City Roofing, and my reasoning for selecting them is the detail they do on ensuring you receive the best new roof possible.
Their new roofs are worth more then the price you pay for, and I find their prices to be much lower then their competitors.
If I have to do another new roof on another house, no questions asked I will call them!

While I'm sure their good reviews are accurate, I find it hard to understand charging a $100 estimating fee--even if it's refundable if you give them the work. I've got a large job and expect to get at least three bids-estimating is part of getting the work, not a revenue generator. I can only imagine how this policy impacts a small residential customer wanting to make sure they got a good price for their job when every dollar counts! I know I wouldn't hire them simply for this reason.

Unable to keep appointment. People have certain schedule to follow. If they set an appointment, they should comply and to cancel for some reason, sufficient time is needed not a day before I requested Off from my job and saying my appointment was cancelled because the person who schedule is new does not know , ( what she’s doing). So I have to suffer for their incompetent staff? I cancelled my transaction, not a good start to start business.

Great service, all around beginning with the initial contact with office staff (Jackie) and the repair work (by Mario). The entire experience was very professional, excellent work and used materials. This company will follow up with you throughout the entire project to make sure one is satisfied. These folks do not act like a traditional roofing company but a well-oil enterprise. I have been very pleased with with the initial work and working on my next project with them.

I was provided their name from someone that I work with along with someone from the dog park.  Both said that they did a professional job.  I called, they came out within a few days to repair my roof.  I asked if they could replace one of my cracked tiles and both Jackie and the workers stated that it wouldn't be a problem and didn't even charge me for the extra work they had to do in replacing it.  MAJOR KUDO's goes out to City Roofing! ! !
