Spent 3 hours in this place on a simple oil change and tire check, be prepared to spend a half day or more at this place

After receiving "Inaccurate advice” from Woburn Toyota. I replaced two tires, to be notified at this location that they put the wrong ones.  Instead of trying to assist me with this problem, this company gave me a quote of more than $2000 to repurchase four new tires.  Since I purchased my Sienna, I have been loyally servicing with Toyota because I thought the brand signified a collective commitment to service. Apparently, the Toyota Brand means nothing when it comes to service: no one seems to know what they are doing, they are exploitative are untrustworthy and are inconsistent. The Initial sales rep was rude and callus and reminded me time and time again that “Toyota service are individually run franchises”. This was not my first bad experience at this location, my fault for giving them a chance to redeem themselves. you should rename yourself “Toyota Vultures” not “Toyota Service”.
