We have known Jake for 8 years.  We wish we had known him before we built our house.  His vast knowledge and expertise in remodeling, handyman, maintenance and repair work are impressive.  I think the value we received from his services is superb.  He is reasonably priced and his workmanship lasts.    We've had professional, expensive plumbers who told us we would have to knock out the wall to fix a leak in our tub.  Jake was able to fix it without going to all those troubles (and Jake followed up with a phone call a few weeks later to check and make sure it was still fixed).   We don't think twice about who to call when we need a project done.  We will be asking Jake to put in new flooring for our recreation room, as well as remodel our kitchen and bath soon in the next year, so I'll give an update again after that is done.
