This place is so clean! I felt super comfortable using the facilities. This place is definitely my relaxation spot from now on.

I've never been to a spa like this. I live on the east coast Pittsburgh to be exact. Once I came home I looked for a K spa. But was unsuccessful. Can't wait to go back to L.A.

Very limited towels - a real con for me
Parking was full when I visited - had to risk it at the bank

The place is clean and staff are pleasant. They are, however, unorganized. Twice they scheduled me for a Thursday massage and ended up cancelling since the masseue was not even working on that day. Da!

Well, I would ONLY go here if you are comfortable being naked, and in front of a perfect stranger who speaks little English, and could very well be talking about you and your body to their co-workers in their native tongue. I felt like I was being washed like a dog. But, there is very little of your body that DOESN'T get treatment. So...it's a give and take.
