I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a Groupon, but before I was able to redeem it, I was in a car accident, which prevented me from physical activity for an extended amount of time. I called and advised my circumstances and they assured me they would honor the Groupon once I was recovered. Recently, I went in redeem my Groupon and find out if there was anything I needed to know before taking a class. When I walked in, there was a gentleman there and I wasn't even sure he worked there since he just looked at me, no greeting or asking how he could help. Shortly thereafter, I found out he was the manger and he told me they would not honor my Groupon. While I do understand expiration dates, considering my circumstances and the fact that I did call and was assured it would be honored, this was very disappointing. I guess business is just that good...

This is a workout and a half. I have been doing kickboxing for over 2 years now and I am in the best shape of my life! Because the workout is so intense, fun, upbeat, unique, constantly changing, and challenging - I find myself reinventing my workout every week! The 1st time I took this class, I was DRIPPING with sweat, like I had never before (and I am an athlete- playing soccer, basketball, and track) but THIS workout made me sweat more then I ever did in my other sports. I loved it so much, and loved the vibe of CKO, that I had to become a trainer. And I am sooo happy to be one! I love our members and our gym, and YOu will too!

I joined CKO over a year ago and am SO sad to say goodbye (only due to relocating for work). I've always been obsessed with the gym, but it went to a whole new level at CKO Whippany. Staff and instructors are all super friendly and motivating. Each instructor has a different work out routine, making everyday a new challenge. 2 years ago, I struggled with push-ups. Now? They're not a problem. The instructors help you perfect your form so you get the best results in your work out. Mixed with a watchful eye on your diet, great results are inevitable.

YOU WILL LOVE THIS WORKOUT! I've been a member of CKO for over 3 years now!! Once you take your first class, you will "get addicted" like the rest of us. It's an intense one hour class that is fun, motivating, and extremely effective. If you haven't taken a class, definitely get in and see what it's all about! You won't regret it!

I totally loved the workout at CKO Whippany.My friend recommended it and I tried a class and it was amazing, The instructors really get you going. Everyone should try it!
