Best restaurant I've tried. I don't eat out often, but this blew my taste buds away. It was amazing. We got out seating fast, our food was about 20 minutes to wait, but I would say that is normal... To all the people that say it is dark, cold, and bad in generally. You are just unlucky. Sucks, but everything deserves a second chance

It's a corporate owned chain now. So service is a hit or miss, menu has lower quality than the early days, and cleanliness of bathrooms and bar is a definite hit or miss. Good for a large party or meeting for happy hour. If you're looking for great service or more middle to higher end, this isn't it anymore. A notch above Dennys.

Worst service ever 6 pm dinner for Easter with family. Took one hour 10 min. Finally got our food and it was cold!!! We left. Only one side of the restaurant open. Booth near us had a dog at their table Dog was sitting at the booth eating and drinking from the restaurants plates and bowl!! Will not be returning there. We left! Mgr did nothing. Was not busy either!!! Poor management!!! Manager on duty was Maggie.

We have been dining at Claim Jumpers for years. The atmosphere is warm and food is excellent. The waiter's and waitress are courteous. I have never had even a questionable experience there.
