My two sisters and I were looking around in claires. We were looking at earrings as a big employee with brown hair approached us. She asked if we needed help and I simply said "no were just looking" my 11 year old sister had a ring in her hand that we were going to buy. The employee asked my sister if she wanted her to hold the ring at the counter for her. My 11 year old sister, not understanding what she meant, said "no it's okay" the employee then ripped the ring out of my sisters hands and said "well then I guess I can put it back for you right?" Me and my sisters looked at her because we had no clue what just happened or why she took the ring we were going to purchase. she then came up to us and said with an attitude " is there a problem? I saw both of you giving me dirty looks" (we were looking at her because we confused and thought she didn't hear my sister say "no" about bringing the ring to the counter.) I said " no, we were going to buy that ring" and she then said (with an attitude of course) "okay well this is my store so" I was completely amazed at how rude she was. That is the worst customer service I've ever had. This 30 year old woman should not work at a place with people if she doesn't know how to treat people. She just caused claires to loose 3 customers, as we used to go there all the time.
