I've been to this location maybe 4-5 times this year, and every single time there has been a sign on the door that they will be back in "30 minutes"  Finally I took the time to wait and who knows when that 30 minutes began but trust me it wasn't 30 minutes  it was much longer just for two employees to show up, unlock the door then lock the door behind them again for an extended period break or lunch or w/e they want to call it.  They also proceeded to turn the lights off shortly after...  It doesn't take two people to walk to Timmies and pick up a drink. This location seriously needs to figure out it's time management and learn how to take separate breaks. This day in age has really gotten soft from work and it shows.

Might’ve been the worst customer service I have ever received. Not sure if the pregnant brunette lady didn’t catch her name was having a bad day or whatever the case may be, but she should be working a job that doesn’t require any people skills. Went with my girlfriend who wanted to get her ears pierced and had booked an appointment days prior, and the worker blatantly let us know that she was far too lazy to help us. On top of that she spoke in a monotone voice the entire interaction and expressed in many ways that she was not interested in doing her job. The best part of our experience in the store was when we we finally left. If she continues to work there I would be baffled, but I think you guys would find it in your best interest to ask her if she has any ounce of social awareness because I would’ve had a much better day if I never encountered that sorry excuse of an employee.

Team helped me find perfect hair thing for niece. Friendly and showed us best deals. Happy to offer us an extra plastic bag to hold shoes from another store that refused to provide a bag.

I’ve never written a review before but this interaction was so weird.. Extremely rude service from the brunette worker closing Friday night tonight. On Sunday I booked an appointment for 8pm tonight to get my ears pierced and called to let the store know that I was going to be 10 mins late. When I showed up she was confused that I had a appointment booked and was clearly annoyed that it was booked for 8pm because “you know we do close at 9pm”. after she got me in the chair she told me that I should wait and come back to get my ear re pierced because there was too much puss/a risk for infection even though my ear piercing has been closed for at least 7 years... honestly I just felt like it was an excuse because she was clearly annoyed that she had to pierce me. I then said that I wanted to get it pierced still & she told me that it’s on me and it’s my fault if it gets infected  Decided then that I won’t be returning to get it repierced because of her attitude  will be going to steel n ink instead!

I am actually SHOCKED about an experience I had with my 4 year old today at this location. The woman was incredibly rude. My daughter wanted to buy a little stuffie that was in the discount bin. It was CLEARLY labelled with a $4 tag and there was an identical one - also CLEARLY labelled $4 and two other ones also CLEARLY labelled $4. I am not talking about a sign beside them saying $4 - the ACTUAL tag said $4 so I was not shocked when she scanned it and it rang up a $4. She insisted it was wrong because she said it was a Squishmallo. I said no - its a Plushie different brand and plus even if it wasnt supposed to be $4 - it rings up AND is clearly labelled $4. She said it is supposed to be $9. I said "I dont want it for $9 - but you might want to relabel them because they all say $4" She then TOSSES the stuffie back into the bucket and looks at me rudely. I was angry and shocked. I have worked retail - and this wasnt someone claiming it was mislabelled - it RINGS UP AND WAS LABELLED at $4 and she STILL wouldn't give it to me for $4. I will never shop at Claires again after listening to my daughter cry about the rude lady the whole way home. I am still shocked.

Clearance items are where it's at here. Their deals used to be so great. Now their buy 3 get 3.. everything good is priced at least $25-30+..so 75$-$90 for a few good, but over priced items..not in our budget. But SOME of their clearance is a really great deal and we usually find 1 or 2 things. The rest is average price or junk. They had really neat drinking cups but for $30!!! Then we walk into WalMart after and they're $7.97.

Just had the most disturbing customer experience I have had in a claires. There was 2 ladies in and I needed a nose ring. I was waiting for someone to help me. I heard a blonde lady yelling at a co worker who was leaving for the end of the day.. yikes that was disturbing. She then refused to help me she was so angry she stayed in the back and refused to help customers and there was no other place to get help from an employee. Yikes. I will not be supporting a business that acts this way. Save your time and money.

I love this store for its wide range of fashion jewelry. It has something for everything. And you can get junk to elegant.

Giving them two star for some items that were reasonably priced and good variety of made in china products. Not happy with the pricing of majority of the items as they were priced too high. Felt like a waste of hard earned money to even spend $20 on something. If they want to increase their sales, fix the pricing of the products.

Terrible cust.service went in store waited for woman to finish her personal conversation on her cell phone then asked me if I was waiting for her I then answered you the only one here! I was there to complain about the poor earpiercing service.. I paid more for white gold but there not gold beware if you have any allergies She wasn't helpful at all she just shrugged her shoulders I just wasted my time! Be aware!!!
