Reviews

Very American, which means every dish lacks flavor. Dishes are sad dry and bland. The prices are fitting for the area. $14 for an omelet that isn't truly an omelet. Or $13 for French toast which is barely soaked in eggs. Their butter isn't even flavorful. I've tried the Claire's too restaurant, which was equally flavorless. Please avoid this place unless you've given up on good food.

If you stick to only traditional egg dishes, it's a great place for breakfast. Get off the beaten path with meats and you may be disappointed. Service was good. The wait for a table was tolerable although we were tempted to leave. An idea for management is: you have a patio on the front side which you do not use for seating. Why not offer your waiting customers a cup of java while their table is readied?

Great homemade type cooking.  Omelets, potatoes (two types) in a causal “old” beach house atmosphere.  Pancakes good and French Toast better.

Best brunch in San Diego. Pancakes are highly recommend. Bloody Mary's are good but made with soju not vodka. Benedicts are great as well as all the baked goods. Service is attentive and friendly. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Dogs are welcome in the outside seating out back. You're welcome

The short rib hash is really tasty. Get the stuffed French toast to share because it’s like sweet and a breakfast dessert. Bloody Mary was good. My bf got the salmon cake benedict and that was okay. I felt the salmon cake lacked some flavors, it was bland. Service was good. Wait sucks.
