The parking spaces are decently spaced and the location is convenient. There is easy access to the Back Bay station from here.  The pricing is inline with what you would expect for the location. It was difficult to find the accessibility ramp for this parking lot.

They advertised a $10 evening rate, but I was charged the daily hourly rate of $34 for entering a few minutes before 5pm. I had a 3h parking validation from a local restaurant and they refused to honor it. I asked the attendants for help, but they spoke broken English and were extremely rude. I would not park here again nor would I recommend this garage.

Parkopedia reservation comes with incomplete instructions (never mentions spothero).  Requesting a refund for dual payment can drain the energy out.

Don't park here. Got a nail in the tire of my car because they don't care enough to keep their garage up to a basic standard and their floor nail-free. Had already paid before I discovered the nail. After changing the tire (10-20 min in total) they charged me an extra 10$ to get out of that hell hole. I'm now out 100$ for a new tire and an extra $25 added bonus for this less than stellar experience at this so-called garage. The management team and employees made no efforts to reimburse or help in any way. Stay clear. It's not worth it.
