I love any chance to go to Clark Gardens, it is a hidden gem. If you are lucky one of the peacocks will cross your path. Great place with amazing staff.Wait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
It's a wonderful little getaway very few people. Take a picnic basket and a camera and Your Stress and leave your stress there! Bring so fish food or turtle food. It's a wonderful place to have a wedding they have a little chapel too. They also have a train collection that is running. We like Clark Gardens so much we bought the year pass.
Beautiful park with tons of nature, trees, plants, ducks, peacocks. so much acreage to explore and ponds and sights to see. the area is large and can get easy to get lost but that is simply because there is so much to offer. the gardens are deep in weatherford so expect a drive. there may be weddings and if that is the case you will unfortunately miss out on a beautiful part of the gardens so be wary to not tread close to the venue while exploring out parts of the garden. there were peacocks roaming and beautiful orange fishes.
Beautiful gardens to spend the day at. I can see why couples would want to use the Gardens for their wedding. I went during one of their festivities, and I had a wonderful time visiting with local vendors and sampling their offerings. The Gardens also sell their plants for a fantastic priceVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
So beautiful everything is well kept even in this heat. We stopped by on our way to the lake so glad we did. Peaceful! Attentive service
Have visited as a patron and garden lover, as well as a wedding vendor. The landscape is beautifully maintained with winding pathways that lead to new suprises around every turn. It's a lovely place to host a wedding, with quarters for the bridal suite , large areas to have a tent reception, and a sweet chapel for the ceremony! Passion Flowers has enjoyed providing florals here and appreciate the friendly staff and carts available for use! I highly recommend this place for a day outing or event space!

Beautiful place. Lots to see. Beautiful plants and flowers. If you like model trains, they have a beautiful setup, with a lot of model Trains! I loved it! I had better videos of the trains, even inside the building, but couldn't upload the videos. Sorry!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10
Clark Gardens truly is a labor of love. I see the dedication and hard work that has gone into it over the years, and the story behind the build really spoke to us. The garden was much bigger than expected, and my favorite parts were: the White Garden very emotional, the model train setup I’m not even into trains and this part was so fun!, Conifer Way, and all the little islands in the middle of the ponds. I do believe we even got to wave at Mr. Clark as he drove by on a golf cart—the pamphlet said he is 93 and still works out there every day! That is amazing. If you live in the DFW area or are visiting Clark Gardens is worth a visit!
