Small but densely packed museum in Eureka. The first section is natural history and has a large collection of birds and rocks. There is a Vietnam war memorial that focuses on some of the locals. A Victorian section showcases the history of the area. The middle section is reserved for rotating exhibits. On our visit they were showcasing quilts. Lastly, they have the largest collection of Native American baskets in the country! Pretty neat for such a small museum. Definitely a great visit. Suggested donation of $5 for kids and $10 for adults.

My daughter's class was there for a field trip and one of the employees was extremely rude to several of the children, downright mean even. It ruined the whole experience for some of them. I wouldn't take my kids back.

They were having a yard sale in the museum when I went. It was weird.
