Scott Jefferson at Clarke & Sampson is terrific!  We recently moved but had not yet sold our home.  With just a few days left on our prior homeowner policy,  we tried to renew it- but they would no longer cover the house because it was vacant.  We needed a vacant home insurance policy ASAP,  and tried the  internet.  After several failed attempts,  we found Scott Jefferson at Clake & Sampson.  Top-notch professional!  We had our new policy THAT DAY!  BIG RECOMMEND!

Recently I was shopping for homeowner’s insurance, filling out numerous quotes, and talking with about 16 different agents.   Not only was I comparing apples to apples with the quotes I received but I realized I was also comparing agents to agents.  I just could not get the policy I wanted for the right price, and the offerings from the agents was lacking at best.  Customer service was robotic.  I noticed several agents throwing quotes at me from insurance carriers J.D. Power & Co. and Google had never heard of before (I guess they provide the higher commissions).

Then I met Dawn at Clarke and Sampson.  I love Dawn.  Dawn was different, very personable.  With her time, she focused only on me!  She listened (to my insurance needs) and provided me with a policy that was 38% cheaper than my current one, with lower deductibles, and higher limits!  Unbelievable!  J.D. Power had listed this carrier in the top three (in 2015) for homeowner’s insurance.  

For the multi-policy discount, she provided me a quote for auto.  Again, the rates were waaay cheaper than my current carrier, GEICO!  With lower deductibles and higher limits that I could not believe.  Read my lips people, contact Clarke and Sampson!   

Never, in my life have I had this level of exceptional customer service.  Follow-up questions promptly answered by phone or by email.  Since this contact, I been recommending friends and family looking for any type of insurance to Clarke and Sampson.  I must add I have nothing but high praise for Dawn for her professionalism and for making this engagement relatively simple, and stress-free.  Thanks Dawn.

I have been working with Scott Jefferson at Clarke & Sampson, Inc on my insurance needs for about the past year and have nothing but great things to say both about Scott and the company for which he works.  The service that I've received as a small business owner has been phenomenal.  Scott took the time to truly understand my business so that he could make the most appropriate recommendations for me going forward.  He has also been extremely prompt in responding to any and all questions and resolving any issues immediately.  Not only has the service been above my expectations, but the prices are extremely competitive and have allowed me to save on my monthly insurance costs.  I would recommend anyone in need of setting up an insurance policy to call Scott and Clarke and Sampson to see how they can help you establish your policy and save money as well!

I had started a small business recycling electronics in the Alexandria, VA area.  I had no clue about insurance nor how to go about securing it for this business. I searched around and talked with several firms before arriving at Clarke and Sampson. I was introduced to Scott Jefferson at the firm. I met with Scott after a call or two. He and the entire firm could not do enough for me in assisting me in making the best choices for my business insurance. We explored my options and Scott assisted me on arriving at the best choice. I am so impressed with the service I received, I made a personal call to his management and complimented them on having such an excellent and smart personable employee on board. I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for insurance especially for a business. Great people and excellent products
