Rude manager and terrible customer service. 

I've been using Clark since 15 yrs ago. The quality of their products has significantly declined in last few years, however, the stores would have admitted the poor quality and refund if the shoes were damaged quickly. But apparently not anymore! My wife purchased a pair of shoes and in less than a year it was totally damaged. The salesperson told she would refund 50%, but the manager overheard us and took position. He said "these shoes have been in war! You need to just throw them away!!" I kept telling him they have been used by one person for less than a year and we don't expect such quality from Clark and he said no, this is normal and it is just worn out! As if I'm lying about its less than a year usage. He said I'll only give you 25% if you want. I said I don't need your petty cash but it will be the last pair of Clarks shoes ever! He seemed content :)
