Carolyn was beyond awesome!!! She helped me pick out a pair of shoes and ordered me another pair since they did not have my size. I think these other negative reviews are ridiculous. The manager was beyond friendly over the phone. I went in to buy a $40 pair of shoes I saw on the Clarks website and ended up buying 2 because of Carolyn. You usually will get great service from a store if you don't act like an entitled little princess. I checked Macy's before going in and found they were more expensive across the board and did not have a great selection.

Love my new shoes. Excellent shopping experience. It was nice to buy shoes with a mature crew to help me with my purchase.

Terrible customer service. Carolyn was atrocious. I even bought a pair of shoes from her because I needed them for work. She looked surprised when I told her I wanted to actually buy a pair of shoes from her, it’s as if she knew she was being rude and unhelpful. Not to mention, during the entire transaction she was on the phone. Insane.

Funny, I've never had any issues at this store. They do get busy for sure, but I've always been able to get help in a reasonable amount of time and people seem to be friendly. I should mention, I'm not one of those people who expects to be waited on immediately and I don't use the word "unacceptable". I think you go into a store with attitude you draw that so I try to be pleasant and understanding, seems to work for me. I've been to this store about 10 times and have bought about 8 pairs of shoes from them. I've never had a bad experience (knock on wood).

I was hesitant to go to this store after reading the reviews yet did not want to drive the distance to the Clarks store where I had ordered a pair of shoes that I now needed to return. The shoes had arrived at my house but did not fit as comfortable as a previous pair purchased.  I took the shoes to be returned in to the Loveland store. It was very busy. There were a number of staff available to support the customers.  I was waited on immediately and had no difficulty replacing the shoes with a pair that provided a better fit.  I was also asked by three staff if there was any way that they could help me.  I was pleasantly surprised and wanted  others to know that the store has addressed its issues.  I will go back again.
