I bought a new pop-up camper from Clark's this spring.  I drove from Louisiana to buy it and bought it sight unseen.  Since it was listed as a new unit, I felt comfortable doing so.  While some of this is my fault for not being thorough enough, I am still disappointed with the experience.  I was sent from the dealership with NOTHING showing I had paid in full.  I didn't realize this until I tried to register it in LA.  While the unit was new, it had mold on one of the tent ends.  Mold does not come off of canvas.  As I drove off, I noticed the trailer shaking a bit.  It's not terribly unusual for stamped steel wheels to be imperfect, so I didn't think much of it.  When I got home I noticed the lug nuts were on BACKWARDS.  The unit was sold with a spare tire package.  I looked at the spare and saw it was a cheap Academy Sports load range B spare.  This unit needs a load range C.  So here's what happened.  Somehow the unit got a flat.  The factory spare was moved to the right wheel side and a spare was bought at Academy.  I was sent home without the paperwork I needed to register the vehicle, with the lug nuts mounted incorrectly and not tightened properly and with a spare that was not suitable for safe use in the event I needed it.

BEYOND HORRIBLE! BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! This business is vulturous!!! Clarks had my travel trailer for service for two weeks. The lady in the service department assured me and my wife our service would be completed before a certain date to keep us from taking it to Prattvile. IT WAS NOT! When we would call to check the progress on the service we were given the run around or simply ignored and not called back. One of the salesmen (who was covering for the service lady who never seemed to be available) was so hostile to my wife in the phone it made her cry. I immediately called back and asked for the salesman and was told he wasn't available. When I picked up our unit NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE! We were still charged $75.00 because they said we had a bad gas regulator. But they didn't even replace it. They complained to us because my unit didn't have gas bottles on it. The reason there were no gas bottles on my unit is because someone stole them during the two weeks it sat on Clarks service yard. So, not only did i have to pay $75 to get my unit off Clarks yard I had to buy new gas bottles! Thanks Clarks RV!

We went to pick up a used camper for my stepdaughter they told her be there at ten for a walk thru and it would be ready it was not clean or washed then when we asked a few questions the salesman got very rude I will not ever go there again
