Dr O'Dowd seems to be a good doctor, I was seen by him once so far, but the front desk assistant, Kelly discriminated against me because of my foreign accent. First she said in a rude way that Dr O'Dowd was in a call out because he is sick. Then she kept asking me for my name many times because she wouldn't find me on the system. When she found me she said in a sarcastic manner that she will ask another Physician if they could see me. After I had a seat an American man with American accent got to the front desk and this lady Kelly treated him all the nicest. I've had arm pain for a month and I'm still waiting to be seen. I was seen by Dr Fitzpatrick, he was good.

Clarkstown Medical is the most efficient medical facility I ve ever dealt with. Dr. Feldfogel is an amazingly thorough doctor with an uncanny ability for seeing the forrest through the trees. I always feel reassured when I leave there because of his ability to communicate to me the context of a presenting illness. And the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. If you need a last minute referral or a prescription, no problem. And never a gripe. Imagine that!

Excellent doctors, excellent staff. I've been going there for 30+ years and have no complaints whatsoever. Love Dr. Fitz and Dr. O'Dowd - but all are great!

they've kept me alive and well for over 25 years despite my worst efforts. The staff is competent and attentive and the healthcare professionals never let me off the hook. I certainly recommend them.
