Story

Dr. Richard Ribeiro has over 15 years of experience in enhancing smiles. His philosophy of combining experience with latest technology will ensure you have the best possible care. True to that calling, he has over 500 hours of continuing education. Dr. Ribeiro is a volunteer dentist for several civic groups and has been on mission trips to Haiti and Brazil. He is active in many community organizations as well as numerous dental associations, including the Eighth District Dental Society, Tennessee Dental Association, American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry. Hobbies – coaching soccer, cooking, exotic fishing, running, reading and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

The staff was wonderful and the cleaning fine, however I was there to get my teeth whitened and I cannot even tell the difference after the procedure.  When I got home my husband couldn't tell the difference either. Bummed.  I spent $100 for whiter teeth and got nothing.  The office visit and cleaning was additional charges which I was fine with.

Dr. Ribiero and his staff are wonderful.  We had many terrible experiences with other dentists, but our experience at Clarksville Smiles has been great.  Although Clarksville Smiles is not in our dental network, we pay the out of network additional expense to keep going there!

I called to schedule an appointment for the first time. She asked me for my credit card number. I figured it was for the file or something then towards the end of the call I got the feeling that they were going to charge me for the visit. I called back later to check and she had, in fact, charged me for a future visit. I was dumbfounded. I have never heard of anyone doing this before. I canceled the appointment and requested they refund my money.

Very knowledgeable staff! Dr. Ribeiro is extremely knowledgeable, very nice and tells you of every option you have. Clarksville Smiles has been my dentist for years
