Classic Aire Care is hands down the best company we have ever used. We had the enormous task of redoing our heating and conditioning system and they made the entire process feel easy. They explained everything very clearly, helped us through making a decision and worked with our schedule to get it down as quick as possible. We could not be more grateful to them.

Classic Aire Care is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They are extremely professional, timely, and provide grade A products. It was nice using a company that stands behind their products and delivers on what they say. It's a great peace of mind knowing the job was done right the first time. I would highly recommend this company.

If I could give them minus 5 stars I would!!!! It's been raining off an on for several days here. And I had a sump pump go out. I knew my house would flood due to the nature of our lot. I could not somehow convince their office about this major threat! They said they called "everyone" and couldn't find a 3/4 HP pump (which is what my house has) in town and it'll be 2-3 weeks before they can get it. Feeling the threat of flooding, I decided to search myself. I called Wholesale Plumbing (the well known plumbing supplier here in town) and within minutes found the pump there. So their office didn't call A MAJOR plumbing supply company which everyone calls first to salvage my house from flooding. I asked Wholesale Plumbing what my (retail) price was and he said $318. Finally, when Classic sent the plumber, with the pump I FOUND (not them) he gives me a bill for $845!!!!!!!!! I don't know any better and was just grateful that someone showed. And paid, no arguments. After the plumber left, I had a chance to look at the invoice: he spent one hour at $130 but charged me for 1.5 hours, one trip fee at $60, some misc. parts, and one pump at $567! What????? $567??? I know my RETAIL price was $318, how did they figure they can get away with charging a customer $567 when they even pay much less than I would retail ($200 WHOLESALE)? WOW I felt taken!!! So I put a stop on the check with the bank! I pay for anything I use but this was absolutely absurd which led me to become a member of Angie's List just to forewarn people about this company. They are into fraudulent billing so watch out. And I forgot to mention; My basement flooded!!!! AWFUL SERVICE ---- NOW I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER SEVERAL THOUSAND TO GET THE BASEMENT CLEANED UP. And the owner has the gulls to call me and threaten to send the cops to collect on his fraudulent invoice!!!! I paid for the same exact pump and installatoiin service with another prominent company in town 5 years ago at $305 - I am happy to pay for his services at the fair and reasonable rate of trip fee, one hour of work and what the pump would cost ANYONE, even retail, so they get their markup but to charge $567 for something they pay $200 for when i do all the work to find it??? All because I was in a dyer situation? that is GREED at its best. ***I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. WATCH YOUR POCKET.***

Classic Aire Care solved my compressor noise problems. Even though we were looking at higher cost solutions, they suggested the lowest cost, least invasive route first - and it worked perfectly! We can now sleep at night!

I'm disappointed leaving this review because my first experience went rather well. We are selling our home and our A.C. went out. I called Classic Aire and was surprised they told me they couldn't come out until the next day. It was in the 90s that week. The technician did show up in the timeframe given and replaced a part to get it going again. I was happy until 2 days later when our A.C. stopped again. I called and explained that we had to get someone over asap to get it going again because we close on our house this week. At 10am they told me it might be a couple of hours so I stuck around but they never showed. I called again around 2pm and they said it might be closer to 4pm (that's a big jump but ok). I call again at 6:30 (they close at 7pm) and they get snippy with me and say, "he'll come when he is finished with everyone else." Just to preface, I had to take an entire day off of work, spent hours sitting in a 90 degree house and I've been sitting in my car the last two hours just to cool off. This was a service recovery issue because they obviously didn't fix our A.C. the last time they were out. I thought we would be a bit more priority than that. Or at least expected to get accurate estimates on their arrival. I wanted to give them a chance to make this right but now I've completely regretted dealing with them a second time. Their customer service is very poor. I could have found a handful of other companies that would have come right out to help us fix the problem which they have failed to do. I'll update this post if our technician can somehow turn this experience around but I'm not holding my breath. I would not recommend.
