Very good service and it was comforting to see other nice cars going through there. I can only give them 4 stars though because I still had to get out the spray detailer for a few places when I got home. None the less, I recommend them, bought their account package and will be a repeat customer.

No, no, no. This is not the right way to conduct your business. I bought a 10 wash super deal with all options. Used it only 2x because they do not really cleaned my car - they shifted the dirt from one spot to another.
Bad start from the beginning: Smoking and gossiping employees let me wait until they thought proper to come to me. They were not busy at all but it took almost 10 minutes to get my car to the wash street.
It was wiped down by several fast working attendants. One dropped several time his cloth, picked it up from the ground and continued his JOB. Apparently he has never heard about small sand-particles or stone damage the paint (my car was new). Nobody was saying something to stop him and the lady at the cash register was not interested in my complaint.
But there was more - I stepped in my car and almost smelled rotten trash or something like that! Both of my seats were covered with the stinky smell of old sweat from the sweating guy who worked the inside!
Yes we sweat when we work in the heat but this was unbearable and I tried to convince the lady to come outside and HAVE A SMELL.
She was not willing and I left very much frustrated and no smelling by myself because I had to seat on it. It took me several shampoos to clean my car seats of the terrible smell.
I have 8 TREATMENTS left and dare not to go back. Who wants my credit for free?

Nice employees who may think that their speed makes up for the less than adequate job done. 
Ok for a quick stop but the customer does not walk away feeling valued, even after speaking with Mark, the owner.

Busy place no in and out.. But the guy with the tattoos, is real nice and respectful i mentioned to him i lost my license he found um placed it in my cup holder and he came and told me he found my license for me tried to give him a tip but he told me he couldn't take personal tips. A+ for him he changed my view on the cover of a book.. He deserves a raise in my book.. Not many ppl like him in this world now days.. Wish he would come to work for me.. He's got my business..
