I called Classic Carpet Care asking for the special I saw on their website. Robert answered promptly and to my surprise he was at my door 10 minutes later! He was swift and started working immediately. Hardwork is something I appreciate and he definitely delivers! The carpets look and smell great!

Great service. Went to work as soon as he got here, and he was a really nice guy. My carpets look amazing. Definitely will use again in the future!

Carpets look amazing! Called him up told him what I needed. He told me the special he had going on at the time. 3 rooms for 89$. Came out the very next day on time. Very happy customer. Will be calling him any time I need my carpets cleaned again. Thanks again Robert!

We had a cleaning emergency: a new kitten had piddled in tiny spots all over our expensive sectional couch over the course of a few days before I figured out what was happening. I tried store-bought enzyme cleaning products to no avail. Several upholstery cleaners I called said cat urine could not be cleaned out of a couch. I hired another service to steam-clean it, which only made the smell worse. I was on the brink of replacing the couch when I called Classic Carpet Care. Robert had a product called "Last Resort" that he said might do the trick and was able to fit me in quickly. Now the smell is gone and the couch is clean, and he steam-cleaned the carpet in the same room just to be sure no product was left in the room. His service was exceptional and he saved me money by saving my couch! I will call Robert for all of my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs from now on!

It is apparent that Rob knows his job inside and out. He has shown me that he will do whatever it takes to get the job done. He takes his reputation seriously and sincerely wants to do a great job for his clients. I am very impressed with his work ethic.
