We recently had several upgrades done to our 2017 Entegra motor coach by Classic Coach Works. The folks here are genuinely "first class", and the quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail, and the concern for perfection is better than any independent shop or RV dealer we've ever done business with. In a nutshell, if you can dream it, Classic Coach Works can build it, modify it, and perfect it.....all at a price that we felt was EXTREMELY FAIR. Need an upgrade or a refit on your rig? We highly recommend Classic Coach Works. Do yourself a favor and give these folks a try. You won't regret it.

We operate an RV Rental company and have now worked with Classic to renovate 2 of our top line RV's. It's important for our vehicles to be top notch to exceed our customer's high expectations. Frank is professional and a pleasure to work with. Their workmanship has been first rate and having shopped local renovators on Fla's west coast, have found CCW worth the drive across the state in value and quality.

These people know their work. We had the cushions re covered in our motorhome and the job is just excellent. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had new residential carpet installed throughout the coach, interior baffle covers over both of the roof air vents, motorized front window shades where the overhead cabinet had to be cut and cornice boards had to be fabricated to hide the rollers, along with several repairs to our slide-outs and compartment doors. We were very happy with the initial detailed consultation and recommendations, the pricing and the workmanship of everyone at the location. Several items needed adjustment after our first outing and Classic Coach Works stood behind their work and corrected the few issues we had. We later replaced all our window treatments buying the shade units from CCW and installing them ourselves. These people are great to work with and would highly recommend them.

I am writing this update to my experience that I had in May of 2013. I posted the review (you can read below) in July of 2015. I had tried on a couple of occasions to get some of the issues fixed but things continued to be the same. To my complete surprise, I while out in the coach, I received a call from the owner, Greg Williams, who was very concerned that I was not satisfied with the work. He asked me if I would bring the coach back and let them make it right!! This is now over 2 years after the original work was completed. I agreed to bring it to them, but was not expecting much. When I got there, Greg came up to me and we sat down and I explained all that was wrong from the start, and all that had gone wrong since then. There were several items that I had fixed elsewhere, but there was a new list that I was planning to have repaired after our trip. He took the complete list, and worked on all of it!! There were a couple items that broke on the trip I just finished and he took care of them also, one being an electric motor that raises and lowers the new shades we had installed. The motor itself had failed, not the fault of the installation, but he replaced it for me. The TV that had been damaged from a leak was replaced with a new one, and because it had different plug-ins, he replaced the wiring for it. I am updating this review because they have shown me that there are still companies and people in America that take pride in what they do, and are willing to stand behind the work to make things right! This is a rapidly disappearing ethic in our country, and finding a company that still has these ethics is worth dealing with! One of the reasons I didn't go back after a couple repairs was because I felt that it was a waste of time trying to get things repaired (based on my numerous experiences with vendors in all lines of work and services). I now highly recommend this company for interior coach remodeling, and feel that if there is a problem, given the chance, they will correct it. MY ORIGINAL POSTING: In May of 2013 I had major renovations done to my coach. The workmanship was very sub par. The lack of care taken in doing the work has cost me an additional $10,000.00 in redo and repairs of their work. I had new day/night shades ceiling lights, new flooring, new toilet, roof mount HD satellite dish, new TV and upholstery done. EVERY SINGLE ITEM has had and continues to have major problems. This was not a pleasant or inexpensive experience. I know there are places that will take more pride in their work and also back up their work. I know that I will not be returning there for any work or to fix what was done poorly.. I will just go to a more reputable dealer who can fix it properly. So sad because they were very personable and could talk a good game.
