This is my new go-to favorite place!!! My heart and belly are both full!!! I just had the most excellent food and service ever!!! We all agreed that the Orange Chicken was the best we have ever had. I am from a small town out of state where restaurants have to be good or they don’t survive. The incredible food and exceptionally friendly service at Classic Saigon reminded me of home!!!This place gave me warm fuzzy feels for sure!!! The restaurant, tables, menus etc were CLEAN and well kept. The server was incredibly genuine, kind, and personable. I could see from his interactions with other customers that he treated all of the customers like friends, which delighted my heart! He said “we love people” and I could tell that he sincerely meant it! The selection was incredible - there are options for any diet! The presentation of the food was top notch, and everything tasted amazing! I felt like I got an excellent value for what I paid. The food and service were absolutely first class, but at an accessible price. I highly recommend this place, you just have to try it! I’d bet that it will be your new favorite place too!!!
This place is fantastic. I've ordered take out from Classic Saigon for 10+ years and never disappointed. #1 springrolls with pork and shrimp taste fresh with a unique sauce that adds the perfect acidity. #5 crispy chicken wings are nicely marinated and come with another unique sauce that is sweet and sour. #90 pho is still to this day the best I've ever had I've tried many other places. The wings can be rewarmed later at 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes and they are still fab. The spring roll still tastes good after refrigerated. The pho is a great leftover too.
We had a fantastic meal here for our first time trying out new restaurant in Minnesota I could say that this place is the best for the Authentic Vietnamese food I had pho the broth was super amazing we finished all whole meal nothing left over. Definitely come back to try different meals.
Found this place near the airbnb we were staying at. All I can say is wow. The pho was the best I've had. Andy took really good care of us so much that we ended up eating there 3 times during our stay. Definitely recommend it if you find yourself in Eagan, MN. Travis and Pauline NYC.
Our family has been going here for almost 15 years- Andy and Lynn have watched our kids grow up. This is our go to spot for take out when we’re busy, the special birthday dinner, where we bring out of town guests, and business lunches when you want fresh and delicious. This is a family run business that will always make you feel welcome. We are so glad this restaurant survived these past couple years - they are a gem.
The service staff seems to consist of the proprietor of the business. However, he's very attentive and the food is very good. I very much enjoyed the shrimp and broccoli. My wife enjoyed the beef and potatoes. We should go more often.Food: 5/5

Food is exelent, definitely one of my top vietnamese restaurants in the twin cities, there was one server but he managed to get the food to us quick enough, I'd like to come back on a Saturday, seems on Saturday there is a live band playing,
Delicious Vietnamese/Asian cuisine! We're from Florida, and visited family in minnesota last week over Thanksgiving. We ordered takeout AND delivery from Classic Saigon, on two different occasions, it was that good. Both times, we ordered Pho one is enough for 2 people, sweet and sour chicken entrée a whole to go box full, beef and brocolli entrée a whole to go box full, a whole to go box of pork fried rice, a side of white rice small to go box, 8 eggrolls with EXCELLENT dipping sauce $5/2 large fried eggrolls, and the cream cheese puffs. Let me say, it was all SO GOOD! That entire order fed 5 adults and 2 young kids under 5 years. The total came to around $70 for a ton of food. A little pricey but SO WORTH it. The first time, we had it delivered. The second time, we picked it up. The restaurant was clean inside, decorated nicely. It was closed due to COVID19 restrictions, but pickup and delivery still available. The host/owner was awesome. Very polite, friendly, outgoing. The pictures on their website reflect exactly what you'll get. Highly recommend.
