The park is well maintained, and the grounds look nicer than when I lived here a few years back. The cost is very reasonable compared to other parks in the area. There is a mix of RVs and mobile homes. It is quiet. There is a nice clubhouse with a laundry facility as well as an additional laundry facility at the other end of the park. The owner helped me sign up with Legal Shield as an associate, and in the first month I earned almost enough to pay my rent! He really works for his down line. Also, Legal Shield provided a background check in the cost of becoming an associate. This was a fast way to get the Park required background check. This was important since we needed a place to park our travel trailer immediately. Everyone is safer knowing every adult resident had to pass a background check. Overall, this is a very pleasant place to live. I recommend it. By the way, if you work at Ft. Lewis the park is about three miles from the back gate. In the world of traffic congestion today that would be wonderful!

We've lived here several years, now. The lots are larger, mine is shaded, with a roomy carport and storage. There are clubhouse facilities and the roads and grounds are well maintained. Our rent has gone up quite a bit in those years, reflecting the surrounding property values, but, compared to similar, local RV and mobile home parks, its very reasonable. The vetting process is thorough which means that my neighbors are people I'm not afraid of. Claudia's is clean, neat, with gardeners, fenced pets, and feels lovely year around. Someone mentioned that Legal Shield is required which is a total falsehood. Real may be excited about his business, but he is gentle and respectful and NO it's not required! I am very happy to call this home and plan to continue doing so.

Claudia's Mobile Home park is the nicest I've seen in the area! The ground are well - kept, common areas maintained better than I've seen in other parks. The rents are far better also. The owner, Real, is a very nice, caring person! He offers everyone the opportunity to protect their family with Legal Shield! It is an amazingly affordable plan that I have used many times! No way could I have afforded an attorney before I discovered LegalShield! I'm thankful for such a caring owner who is passionate about protecting people! It's too bad some people refuse to see the benefits!

At first I was very impressed with the park and the look of it. It's family orientated. Very clean and the neighbors seem nice. While I was look at the place for rent the owner only talked about legal shield. He was very pushy about signing up and then continued to ask about my financial situation and told me that I could supplement my income this way. He told me I had to sign up to do my background check. Which come to find out that signing up for it to do the background check was not the policy When I told him that I just did not have time for that. He proceeded to tell me that it was all excuses and continued to say offensive things. Although he did not come out and say I absolutely had to buy it he pretty much told me i would not get the rental unless I signed up for it. I am surprised he gets away with this. It's too bad this park allows this because this park is a dream compared to most. But what's the difference between being harassed by the owner or crappy neighbors.

I could not be happier about moving here. The owners are great and the park is very clean. Nice and quite. The neighbors and great. It gives it a at home safe feeling knowing you have good people around.
