Today at the post office I met the daughter of who this park is named after! She was extremely kind. We talked a great deal about her family history. I have yet to take my kids there but, I am really eager to check it out!

Very impressed for the drive back in here.  You drive threw a neighborhood to get to it.   I don't see the fishing water like it shows.  Not at the splash pad anyway.  It would be cool if you could throw a fishing pole while you kid plays in the splash pad.  Very clean very friendly.  Nice park and splash pad.  Water pressure could be better.  But it's free and I'm giving 5 stars. Thank you ocean springs and Jackson county. Perfect spot for a birthday party.

Love this splash pad. As long as the city keeps it fixed and taken care of.  Changing my review grade because the city just decides to close it all week and keep it closed through July 4 holiday. Guess this splash pad is not that important to the city as it is to the children that love it. Since it is the only 1 of 2 only splash pads to go to.

Nice place to go for the splash pad but some just let their kids run wild so you have to watch out.

This park is really hit or miss. Sometimes it is open and all the equipment is great. Sometimes half of it is shut down and the bathrooms are locked.
