The Clay County Health and Wellness Center is committed to helping individuals achieve their personal fitness goals. Our facility offers a variety of resistance and free weight equipment, ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bikes, and rowers. We also have and indoor heated swimming pool and spa.
CCHWC offers many fitness classes throughout the week to cater to different fitness levels. These include Warrior Fitness, Fit For Life, Spin, Hip Hop Fit, Yoga, Body Weight, Water Aerobics, and Zumba. There are also trainers on site to assist with workout routines or any questions you may have.
