Food was not at all what we expected.  Ribs were huge bones and no meat.  Sauce is watery and didn't like the flavor.  Greens had no flavor. Mac n Cheese needed spice salt n pepper. Cole slaw was ok, but a strange base and spice to it. Pulled pork...maybe not mix the sauce into the meat.  It was a saucy, greasy mess. Would not recommend

Fantastic reminds me of  Floridas bbq. By far one of the best, Detroit barbecues I’ve had that reminded me of straight up Florida. If you and good quality food, this is the place to eat.

Had just landed at the airport in Detroit and still had to drive to Kalamazoo and was hungry for barbecue. This place was perfect to stop at as it's near the airport and right off the highway. I got some ribs and some brisket. Both were excellent. The brisket was extremely tender and melted in my mouth. And the ribs were good too with a sauce that is subtle, but flavorful. Super nice family running this place. I couldn't have been happier with my service and with stopping here!

This is the best barbeque that I have ever eaten! It's fall off the bone tender and finger licking delicious! And I love the fact that it's a black owned businesses!!   Recommended dishesMac and Cheese and Greens, Ribs, Coleslaw, Brisket Dinner, Pulled Pork and Mac and Cheese

The ribs, sides and pulled pork sandwich were great! Everything was very fresh and delicious, the customer service was great as well. We will definitely be back, thank you!!

Good bbq said my Texan Guest!! Did something really good to those baked beams!! Mac and cheese is super yummy
