Going to Puerto Rico to support the US government's efforts there post hurricane Maria as a federal employee. Was told to bring small denominations on this trip. Went to Clearview's ATM withdrew $250 and paid the $3.50 fee. Then went right inside the bank and tried to exchange that for smaller bills.  Because I was not an account holder, even though I explained I was a federal employee and I had just been a customer of their ATM, they refused to help me out and exchange some larger bills for smaller ones. I am a Federal Employee -- Could open account/ do some banking here, but won't ever be opening account here and wouldn't recommend to anyone else. There are times where you may want to deviate from your rigid policies Heather, this was one of them.

The people are nice enough most of the time, but they're very backwards in so many ways. You can't deposit cash at the ATM, they handle issues with errors horribly, and I'm just really unimpressed. Worst credit union I've experienced. VERY glad I kept my old credit union, too.

Every time I go in there everyone is so friendly! I swear I call at least once a month with questions and they are always willing to answer them, no matter how many I have.

Every time I've called with a question or issue with my account the people have been so rude it makes me sick. I can't change my banking without a ton of work due to direct deposits and direct debits or I would have left by now. 

I won't be calling your number to discuss anything, your employees are rude. Please don't even bother with your boilerplate "please call us!" nonsense response, thanks.
