We would like to take a moment to give you some feedback on one of your agents, Rebecca Swartz.  We moved to Kila from Seattle and Rebecca was recommended by our agent in Seattle.  I grew up in a family of realtors, Gary has sold many homes and we must tell you that she is without a doubt the best realtor we have ever dealt with.  
We are not “cookie cutter” people and we had some very specific requirements; somewhat flexible with location and, like many people, limited on the purchase price.   We wanted privacy, a little land, convenience to amenities, nice kitchen, room for guests , high speed internet, No HOA, No golf courses (just to name a few preferences) and ALL for a decent price.  Oh yes, and we had to close within 3 weeks!  She handled our personalities beautifully and thought outside the box to meet our needs…and we had fun!  Rebecca is smart, persistent and has a fountain of information about the area and what it had to offer.  
Gary came to Kalispell a few days ahead of me to work with Rebecca to find properties.  The first house she showed us when I came to look at houses, was one that I had already rejected based on it’s photographs.  I fell in love with it when I walked into it and eventually, it was the house we purchased.  We have not regretted either the decision to use Rebecca as our agent, or our decision to purchase this house.  I could spend several paragraphs detailing the ways Rebecca made our transition to Montana easier (and will be happy to do so if you need me to); but the proof is that we have already referred Rebecca to two different couples that were planning on moving to Montana.  Our sons will be purchasing property eventually and they also want to use Rebecca as their agent.  

In any customer service industry, we live and die by our reputation; we are sure that Rebecca will live a long, long happy life as a successful realtor.  
Before you ask how much she paid us to write this, please understand that I cannot be bought, but I can be impressed; we are both impressed by Rebecca and wanted to let you know that she is a strong representative for your brand.  

You should be proud of her, both as a professional and as a human being that is part of your organization.

We drove up from Colorado in search of a place to retire.  With a background in the world of real estate, looking for an agent was a crucial element.  Our search started on a Saturday morning, and this office was the only one open!  But it only got better when we met Wayne and all the staff.  We were given the royal treatment and full exposure to the entire area.  Truly Wayne listened to us and efficiently got the work done.  At no time were we told it would be difficult or would we have to modify our limited days and expect the search to be inconvenient.  His attitude and generous spirit is felt throughout the office and gave us great confidence to work long distance with them.
