Cheerful, courteous staff and physicians. They made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure my contacts and glasses were the right fit. I've been a patient for many years and will continue for my eye care needs. The new facility is beautiful as well.

First off let me star off by saying the office atmosphere and decor is amazing!!!it made you feel very comfortable and relaxed and not the sterile feeling of other doctors offices. The doctor himself was very nice and gave great education on my situation and told me why i should do it! definitely recommend

Eye doctors who deeply care for their patients are clearly seen in each of the rest of the staff by their happy and caring manner with each client in every step of eye care. I have complete faith in Cleburne Eye Clinic in every respect to care for my eyes, and me, in the best possible way.

I have gone to this eye clinic on and off through my life.  I am 45 now, and regularly, as a child, I got my exam and glasses from Dr. Martin in their "old" location.  In recent years I have had to either visit a 'big box' retailer's optic department.  Not only were the exams inferior, but the glasses were -horrible-.  My eyeglasses coverage only really covered whatever frames I wanted, and the exam.  I have a horrible prescription, and it's very expensive, all the more so because it is so strong, I need the most expensive lenses.

My mother insisted that I go back to the eye clinic in Cleburne this last visit.  I had an optometrist the first visit who was wanting to try something different with me, as I see overlapping images most times.  Unfortunately, it didn't work for me.  My husband tried to return them to be adjusted per my request, but I didn't know I had to be there myself.  

Long story short, I ended up bed-bound for a long period of time, and was wearing glasses so old, I couldn't see much of anything.  When I was finally able to get out, I saw Dr. Martin, and he ended up giving me as thorough an exam as is possible (which.. is highly impressive).  He found a couple issues for me to keep track of, and created a pair of glasses that I can see beautifully through.  Everyone there bent over backwards to make certain I had what I needed, for as low a price as possible. 

The staff were kind, prompt, and the office is magnificent.  They even brought me a couple cold waters while I was going through my process.  If anyone does look at this epic-of-length review, they will see my HEARTY RECOMMENDATION for  the clinic.

Emergency appointment Monday morning,  sent to a specialist in Ft Worth same day.  Dr. Bullard called to see how I was doing,  even though I'm under the specialist's care. Great customer service!  Highly recommend!
