Not as reliable as it should be transportation. The best system is a good system except for the fact that there are some days that the buses just don't run for no apparent reason. Like today I'm at the bus stop waiting for a bus that's never going to come this has happened to me eight times within the last 3 months. I usually don't write reviews but there should be some way of through the mobile app to notify Riders when there are no buses period last weekend was Memorial Day weekend no buses understandable this is not Memorial Day weekend or any holiday of significance.

I have been a passenger since 2009. All of the drivers are professional and polite. They work their absolute hardest to see to that you get to your destination on time and most importantly safely. Many of the drivers are fun to joke with. I especially enjoy giving grief to a driver named Paula. She is so much fun to give grief too. She will give it right back to you of course in fun. A special shout out to my favorite driver Teresa. Teresa is always in a pleasant mood. Never once have I seen her in a mood anything less then bubbly. She is very kind and pleasant. Always a breath of fresh air. Also, Susan and Jamie in the office are extremely helpful. I always enjoy speaking with either one of those ladies when I called to schedule a ride. I think of Susan and Jamie like family. I also enjoy laughing and joking with those two ladies. I have nothing but great things to say about the drivers and the office staff. Keep up the great work!

Great people! They really try hard to serve the community, helping people get were they need to go in a timely fashion.

Very convenient to move around in Norman if you don't have a personal vehicle.
