The 1 time I went here in my life very poor attitude by everyone I encountered. And of course the paperwork I turned in is missing!! What a joke. Next Mayor Bibb only helps who he wants to. Also bad allocating of the millions of dollars in federal funding and not 1 dollar helped the citizens of Cleveland. Quite a few cities give their people money and here in Cleveland we received nothing. Poor job Mr Mayor you should be ashamed of yourself. Waste our tax dollars and federal funding with a security detail that no other Mayor uses too
Parking is very tough. However, everyone from City Hall security, the Cleveland Policeman at the security checkpoint, to the clerk at the death certificate counter was pleasant and very helpful. The City Hall was clean and beautiful.
Our murder rate has risen since the induction of Justin Bibb! Becoming like Chicago and other Democrat ran cities!
I visited here to finish some paperwork...it was very quick and easy..staff were very nice and helpful. Security inspection before entrance. Parking available on site for fees.
To the right of the right most door on the front of the building facing Lakeside Avenue, there is a geodetic marker imbedded in the wall. These markers are used by surveyors, cartographers and others to properly locate items within the world geodetic system.
I called the new mayor's office today because my street which is a dead end has not been plowed yet after Sunday's snow storm, 1/16/2022. We got hammered with alot of snow. I understand the street department is busy but it's been over 24 hours. The gentleman I talked to took my name and address. I told him I had to call off work today because my car would not be able to get out. I told him I called streets and my councilman too but with no help. I couldn't believe it but this man said maybe we should hire a private plow service to clean our street. I said this is the city's issue and we pay our taxes. So far our new mayor and his new office is not having a good start with his term.

One of your Judges, Judge Dawson from east Cleveland is biased and you guys should really take a look at his cases. I wouldn't be surprised if he used his biases to deliver excessive punishments. Which is illegal might I add.
I’m grateful to the trash removal executives who removed the furniture that an unknown man dumped on my property. Restored my faith in the service workers more than the people answering phones at city hall. These five stars are for those who helped me.
I went there to get a birth certificate which they are doing same day now again. They moved so fast and it was painless.
