Every single time I have been here, they say 15 minute wait 2 hours later still waiting. Very disappointing, only use this place as a last resort, anywhere is better than this place. Going to an ER is faster.

Too long if s wait. My second experience at an express care clinic. Will never go again waited 2 hours to be seen. If you are offering a service you should have enough staff to provide it.

Absolutely the worst experience. Was flat out told could not help with bloody nose, and to go to Twinsburg.  They DONT EVEN HAVE GAUZE. The person was RUDE and has no business in this field and this "place" should not even be called Urgent Care - they are useless.  EVEN the Twinsburg staff complained Solon sends everyone there because they do nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
