Director Rick was like a long lost family member. He made the hardest day in my life easier with his knowledge and experience. Can not recommend high enough.

Mr. Williams is a very caring, kind, and considerate man.  His funeral home is the only one I would recommend in Cleveland, MS. He took care of my family when my mom passed away and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He was there for me again when my very precious son unexpectedly passed away. Jared Horne I appreciate the help and services he provided for my boy.  He was there for me every step of the way and guided me through even though I was falling to pieces.

Kenny Williams and staff are very compassionate

When you are faced with a sudden death, the first question you are asked by the hospital is which funeral home would you like for us to call. I chose Cleveland Funeral Home because I knew Kenny Williams and his staff would  listen to me and not push me into any decisions. I made a wise choice because I felt very comforted and supported through the whole process. Initially, I was making decisions from another state for my father's funeral, and Kenny and I would text and email back and forth until I could get to Cleveland. Once I arrived, he was very accommodating and patient. I could say exactly what I wanted or did not want, and he would comply. The whole service was beautiful and exactly what my father would have chosen himself if he had been there. Cleveland has great choices for funeral homes, but I felt that Cleveland Funeral Home went above and beyond and was the best fit for our family. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Very nice and helpful. We were treated like family and the compassion for us was truly heartfelt. Thanks so much for your kindness, love and support. A very difficult time for my family, you went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much and God bless you.
